This log will tell you that it is very well possible to have an exciting and happy life while being on a strict diet. You'll read all my adventures, my education, my regimen of SCD foods, attitude and exercises and some of mom's and my own school business. After starting this way of eating and drinking early 2003, I've been able to have a better life. My autism symptoms have lessened considerably.

We went to my teacher's house to have a look at the newborn lambs. She didn't tell me about the nice dog! We played and I was not at all afraid of him.
