Specific Foods for Specific Minds

This log will tell you that it is very well possible to have an exciting and happy life while being on a strict diet. You'll read all my adventures, my education, my regimen of SCD foods, attitude and exercises and some of mom's and my own school business. After starting this way of eating and drinking early 2003, I've been able to have a better life. My autism symptoms have lessened considerably.

Almost Healthy

Did some work and play on the computer in my room with my teacher. She read me some stories and we made a surprise for my other teacher. She's getting married in 11 days!
The snow is melting away...and I did not even enjoy it because I was sick.
