This log will tell you that it is very well possible to have an exciting and happy life while being on a strict diet. You'll read all my adventures, my education, my regimen of SCD foods, attitude and exercises and some of mom's and my own school business. After starting this way of eating and drinking early 2003, I've been able to have a better life. My autism symptoms have lessened considerably.

Funny Vlok

Mom brought Vlok home. The vet has cut off his tail. It looks funny but at least it looks clean now. He got out of his basket, had some food, drank some, did his thingie on his toilet and got back into his basket. He looks good.
