Knights & Castles
Ever since we got to see and walk through Carcassonne (in the South of France), I like knights and castles. maybe this afternoon Wendy will take me to the library to borrow some books about it. 
This log will tell you that it is very well possible to have an exciting and happy life while being on a strict diet. You'll read all my adventures, my education, my regimen of SCD foods, attitude and exercises and some of mom's and my own school business. After starting this way of eating and drinking early 2003, I've been able to have a better life. My autism symptoms have lessened considerably.
